As organizations scale, accountability is one of the main things choking the growth. Two things need to be implemented and increased: an organizational structure and communication.
The creation of structure is to ensure proper lines of reporting, the communication, to occur. It’s common to see direct reports being submitted weekly, monthly, quarterly, and more. This is really too simple, and that’s probably one of the reasons why so many organizations fail at it.
Keeping that in mind, now realize that you don’t have anyone to report to currently. This program takes the accountability used in organizational reporting, and gives you someone to report to. That’s effective for a number of reasons. First, it requires you to break down your past week and your next week and put it into writing. In doing that, you get an immediate log of eveything you’ve done – that’s powerful for the mind. The focusing on the next week forces you to visualize success – building a power of desire that makes successful people successful. Yes, you have to pay for this because it puts some skin in the game for you and it compensates me for my time reading and replying.
When I began implementing this strategy into my own business, the busienss began scaling so rapidly that the real cost of this is NOT doing it. I make a financial case that this excerise alone should cost anywhere from $20,000 to $100,000.
