The Mission

I love the game of business, and I love working with others who share that passion.

In the roller-coaster of owning your own business, there are special times when you feel as if you’re really getting it. You’re motivated to grow revenue, the team is working well together, and the days are fun. I boil down those times to a simple intersection of two different things: Enlightenment and Enthusiasm. That right there gives you our mission:

Our mission is to help our customers live at the crossroads of enlightenment and enthusiasm.

Those are two simple words that have a lot behind them. Enlightenment comes with a lot of time, research, patience, and wisdom. Enthusiasm comes with purpose, understanding your why, establishing goals, and maintaining a state to hit those goals. My job as a coach is to keep those two roads crossed as often as possible. Simply put: Know your plan and love your plan.

I’ve spent years growing my own businesses. That’s included acquiring multiple businesses, selling, and organically growing some more than 600%.

It wasn’t easy, the roller coaster of owning a business is a real thing. My addiction to continuous growth and progress pushed me to seek out new books, coaching, mentoring, courses, and more, all with the goal that I’d finally “make it” … whatever that meant.

In all those experiences, time and time again I’d hear that ‘you need to work “on” the business and not “in” the business. We’ve all heard it, and it’s much easier said than done.
